About the Role Supported by our Food & Beverage Operations Manager and a kitchen team driven toward excellence, you’ll be entrusted with leading the day-to-day restaurant operations while shaping the overall guest experience. You will Lead, inspire and develop a passionate front-of-house team Drive a culture of service excellence and warm, intuitive hospitality Manage and evolve restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality Collaborate closely with kitchen leadership on food and beverage offerings Curate and refine beverage menus, including wine pairings and seasonal cocktails Develop and deliver training and upskilling to raise the standard at every level Lead from the floor visible, hands-on, and deeply connected to team and guests Be accountable for service standards, operational efficiency, cost control and revenue targets About You You bring demonstrated experience managing a high-end or boutique restaurant You have a sharp eye for detail and a relentless focus on quality and consistency You’re a natural leader hands-on, approachable, and energising to be around You take pride in mentoring others and lifting the performance of a team You’re agile, solutions-focused and calm under pressure You’re commercially minded and understand how to align guest satisfaction with operational success You see possibility where others might see problems and you’re excited to build something special Why Join Us?
