Being part of a high performing team of employee relations practitioners, you will grow your technical and consulting capabilities to enable you to take your career to the next level. All about you: You are curious and have an appetite to learn. You will bring your experience (3 years +) and be ready to take the next step in your ER career. You strive for excellence and are committed to delivering an exceptional experience to your clients. Your guidance is highly valued internally and externally because you have the ability to apply a commercial lens and solve problems that don’t traditionally fit neatly into the ER box. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail. Excel in interpreting legislation, industrial instruments, policies, and working within systems and practices to offer clear guidance on employee and industrial relations matters. Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations matters such as employee grievances, performance and disciplinary matters, policy development and contract drafting. Thrive in the grey. You are comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty and you tailor solutions to meet the circumstances.
