The opportunity This role is part time and can be tailored to suit your needs. We are happy for you to work eight hours per week over a few days or as one day per week. Effective coordination of the firm's debtors, through: Adherence to the firm's debtor policy and required deadlines; Working closely with our legal and administration team and building good relationships with our clients; Handling of debtor enquiries; and Preparation of regular debtor reports for the Executive Committee. Experience The successful candidate should have at least 3 years' work experience in a similar role and experience within the legal profession or professional services will be highly regarded. Other key attributes include : High attention to detail and accuracy; Familiarity with the operation of trust accounts; Ability to build successful relationships with our varied client group and professional legal staff; An understanding of complex bills; A persistent and diligent approach to your work; Good judgement skills in knowing when to assert pressure or make allowances; Meticulous record keeping skills; and Excellent written and oral skills.
