This role would be suitable for someone with previous administration / accounts / data entry experience or someone currently studying Accounting looking to apply their knowledge in practice. We also welcome school leavers who are looking for career in office administration and accounting. Due to the nature of this busy role, a positive attitude with a hands-on approach is required. Responsibilities Deal Processing functions : end to end responsibility over allocated brands, processing deals in timely manner Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to investigate or advise any discrepancies in accounts Maintenance / distribution of a high-volume emails General journals Manufacturer payment / warranty allocations Raise accurate Finance & Insurance invoices as requested in reasonable timeframe Complete the daily floorplan payouts with multiple Financiers Allocation of various financier and other debtors payments Completion of certain balance sheet reconciliations Working within team to complete month end deadlines / goals Franchise related tasks and queries as required Qualifications Experience in an accounts department preferred Automotive Dealership background not essential, but desirable An ability to adapt to a fast paced work environment Strong communication skills both within a department and with stakeholders in the broader Group Strong attention to detail Data entry Skills Intermediate Excel skills Benefits Embrace development and mentoring from your team, fostering personal and professional growth Access discounted rates on Bupa Private Health Insurance, prioritizing your well-being Exclusive discounts on vehicles, parts and servicing Benefit from our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), providing support and resources during challenging times Lifestyle discounts, including Gym memberships and retail discounts Paid parental leave to support you and your family Join Frizelle Sunshine Automotive, a proud Australian-owned business and part of the Peter Warren Automotive Holdings family.
