Customer Operations Specialist - NDIS Are you ready to be part of something bigger? Based in Carrum Downs, this role focuses on supporting our NDIS customers and Support at Home customers, their families, and their providers. You’ll play a key role in a dynamic FMCG business, building strong relationships with delivery partners and stakeholders. What's In It for you? Meaningful Work : Help deliver delicious, healthy meals to NDIS participants and make a true impact on their lives and independence. Key responsibilities Clearly explain how Lite n' Easy’s NDIS support works. Manage queries and provide support to people with a diverse range of disabilities. Coordinate with other NDIS providers like support coordinators, plan managers, support workers and family members or other informal supports to onboard customers. Assist with quotes and arrange service agreements. Provide expert advice on NDIS guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and high‑quality service delivery. Assist with general administration, including reporting, billing, record keeping, and handling enquiries. About you We’re looking for someone with outstanding communication and customer service skills, along with: Proven experience in a customer service role, fast‑paced rostering, or experience in the aged care or NDIS sector. Detail‑oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively to support positive customer experiences and outcomes. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel; experience with DocuSign is an advantage. A talent for building and maintaining effective relationships.
