We support older adults (Home Care Packages/Support at Home) and NDIS participants to live safer, more independent lives. The role Full time Community Occupational Therapist. Choose a primary location to cover (SE/North/West). You’ll complete community visits, assessments and reports across NDIS and Aged Care, with a supportive team and accessible leaders who care about your growth.
