We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee or experienced Sales Consultant to join our team across our Croydon location: Phil Gilbert Toyota Phil Gilbert Hyundai Phil Gilbert Kia Your Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive product knowledge across our vehicle range and dealership offerings. Understand customer needs and preferences to guide them through the purchase journey. Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations. Identify and generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and lead follow-ups. Assist with vehicle valuations as required. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals. Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and CRM systems. Availability to work an 11-day fortnight (including weekends with rostered weekdays off). A valid NSW driver’s licence.
