We are seeking an Injury Management Specialist looking for their next challenge who is motivated and strives to provide the highest quality of customer service to clients.
Working as an Injury Management Specialist, you will be a local resource working for one of our key accounts, an ASX listed, industry leading financial services company. You will be providing specialised, early intervention triage and claim support on a mix of physical and psychological claims nationally.
Day to day you will:Triage injuries and incidents as they occur to support employees access timely care and support;Effectively support and assist employees with work and non-work related injuries and conditions to recover at/return to work;Provide expert advice and guidance relating to workers compensation claims;Work with injured/ill employees, their manager, treating doctors and the insurer to achieve positive health outcomes;Manage referrals and action within required timeframes;Lodge claims and attend claim strategy reviews including THP & NTDs when required;Conduct assessments, develop and implement return to work plans;Take the lead on national return to work and injury prevention initiatives.Why Procare?We offer a thorough induction program for all new starters, along with regular opportunities for career progression to suit your interests, stage and skills From us, you can expect:
