is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships in the financial services industry, specifically focusing on foreign exchange (FX), payments, and finance solutions in the Australian market.Key responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the Australian market. This involves identifying target customer segments, assessing market opportunities, and positioning the company's FX, payments, and finance solutions to meet customer needs.2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects in the financial services industry. Understand their business requirements, provide consultative solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. This includes conducting client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.3. Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's FX, payments, and finance products and services. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to effectively position and sell the company's offerings to clients. Grow partnerships/strategic sales opportunities (White label/turnkey solutions4. Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets. Foster a high-performance culture, set clear objectives, and develop the team's skills and capabilities.5. Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use this knowledge to develop targeted sales strategies and differentiate the company's offerings in the market.6. Collaboration:
