This pivotal role is designed to drive forward ambitious growth plans whilst delivering comprehensive solutions to a diverse group of both corporate and government clients.About the RoleThe Sales Director will be at the forefront of developing and executing robust growth strategies, building and nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers across various market segments will be crucial, as will driving revenue growth through the identification of new clients and the expansion of strategic accounts.The role requires providing insightful direction and feedback to clients regarding their enterprise wide transformation strategies, representing the brand at conferences, tradeshows, and various industry events, and embodying thought leadership within the transformation space. The comprehensive management of client acquisition processes, from the initial opportunity identification to contract negotiation, will be essential.Leading, developing, and managing a high-performing sales team will also be a key responsibility, alongside overseeing the team’s budget and revenue forecasts to ensure that targets are consistently met.About youA proven track record with experience in solution sales, particularly those involving services and advisory within long sales cycles and million-dollar professional service engagements. Expertise in change and transformation management and professional services would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are paramount, particularly the ability to engage with senior-level leaders.The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and problem solver with over 10 years of experience in consultative sales and senior-level leader engagement, as well as experience in leading a sales team and managing revenue forecasts._________________________________Please be aware that PeopleSolved APAC is exclusively engaged on this assignment and all applications will be forwarded to PeopleSolved.
