Our comprehensive approach starts with a strategic workplace brief to inform every real estate decision, enhancing productivity and increasing brand equity.The Role:Niche Advisory is seeking an experienced Sales Director with proven experience as a Senior Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing the company's value proposition and the benefits of their property and project services. Proactively research and identify potential business opportunities within the target market. Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the client base.Convert Appointments into Meetings:

Work closely with appointment setters to ensure a smooth handover and thorough understanding of prospects. Follow up on appointments created by appointment setters and convert them into productive meetings.Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.Industry Engagement:

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and generate new business leads.Sales Process Management:

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for clients.What Do You Need to Have?Proven Experience: Selling similar solutions to C-Suite executives, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.Industry Knowledge: Experience in an industry or role with a long sales cycle.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.Personal Attributes: Persistent, results-oriented, patient, and able to handle customer rejection.Join Niche Advisory and leverage your expertise to influence and grow the client base while contributing to the creation of exceptional workplaces.Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
