Ability to build/ modify custom Objects, Flows, Permission sets, sharing and other related configuration and settings Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development and configuration COLLABORATING, MENTORING and LEADING Act as an effective mentor for Salesforce professionals in the organisation Y Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online, and able to tailor communications for different audiences Y Experience making persuasive, evidence-based, recommendations that allow decisionmakers to make informed decisions Y Ability to work closely with vendors and internal/external stakeholders, and develop positive relationships Y Ability to work closely within the project team in a fast paced environment, and maintain positive relationships SUPPORT and SUSTAINMENT Experience in transitioning projects to sustainment KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE Experience cloud Y Public Sector Solutions Highly desirable Strong understanding of Salesforce best practice and functionality TOOLS and PROCESS Experience with Azure Devops Highly desirable Demonstrated experience in tracking and progressing tasks using Agile, Kanban or Scrum Frameworks Highly desirable Experience in using version control and advanced CI/ CD tooling.
