You will work closely with project leads and client stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, contribute to solution development, and help deliver impactful outcomes aligned with strategic goals. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to deepen their consulting expertise and take ownership of workstreams within complex projects.**Key responsibilities*** Analyse client financials, operations, systems, and organisational structures to identify improvement opportunities.* Support the development of strategic recommendations and performance improvement initiatives.* Collaborate with client stakeholders to build trust and ensure alignment throughout project delivery.* Manage workstreams within broader engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.* Assist in implementing approved solutions and tracking performance outcomes.* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, process improvement, and team development.* Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and consulting best practices.**Skills and experience*** Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a management consulting role, preferably within a professional services firm.
