You will be handling customer enquiries and represent the face of the shopping centre, serving as the primary point of contact for external phone calls for shoppers, retailers and the general public. Your role will also involve issuing gift vouchers, undertaking general administrative duties, maintaining registers, processing payments and assisting the Centre Manager in case of emergency. Essential Criteria Customer service experience Admin and office skills including Outlook, Word, and data entry Cash handling experience Friendly, flexible and team‑oriented Ability to work weekends on a rotating basis Current Police Check About Us The Bachrach Naumburger Group is a privately owned property group that owns and manages a number of commercial properties, including Park Beach Plaza, The Shoreline, Homebase, Jetty Village, Orana Mall in Dubbo, and a number of quality office and retail premises in Queensland. About You Quick learner with a high level of initiative Good communication skills, both spoken and written A hands‑on approach and ability to interact with a diverse range of people This position is part time with flexible hours to suit the applicant, plus shared rostered weekend work. Availability over the Christmas holiday period is essential.
