Exciting and varied customer service environment Dynamic company with avenues for growth Employee Assistance Program, for your wellbeing Bachrach Naumburger Group is seeking Part Time Customer Information Attendant to join the Centre Management Team at Park Beach Plaza. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for someone who is bright, bubbly and enthusiastic about customer service. You will be handling customer enquiries and represent the face of the shopping centre. Initiative and a keen willingness to contribute what is required as a key part of our Centre Management Team is essential. Additionally, attention to detail and some administrative or computer skills will assist you in excelling in other facets of the role. RESPONSIBILITIES Your key responsibility as a Customer Information Attendant will be to ensure that our customers and retailers always receive prompt and accurate assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for external phone calls for shoppers, retailers and the general public, issue gift vouchers and undertake general administrative duties. You will maintain registers, process payments and assist the Centre Manager in the case of emergency. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Customer service experience Admin and office skills including Outlook, Word, and Data Entry Cash handling experience Friendly, flexible and team oriented Ability to work weekends on a rotating basis Current Police Check ABOUT US The Bachrach Naumburger Group is a privately owned property group that owns and manages a number of commercial properties including Park Beach Plaza, The Shoreline, Homebase, Jetty Village, Orana Mall in Dubbo and a number of quality office and retail premises in Queensland. ABOUT YOU Quick learner with a high level of initiative Good communication skills, both spoken and written A hands‑on approach and ability to interact with a diverse range of people This position is Part Time with hours flexible to suit the applicant, plus shared rostered weekend work. Availability over the Christmas holiday period is essential.
