The ideal candidate will drive innovation, enhance operational efficiencies, and lead technology initiatives that align with the organization’s long-term growth strategies. Responsibilities Develop and implement an enterprise-wide IT strategy to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiencies. Lead digital transformation projects, including cloud migration, cybersecurity enhancements, and AI-driven customer engagement solutions. Oversee IT infrastructure, data security, and compliance with industry regulations. Manage and optimize IT budgets to ensure cost-effective technology investments. Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT department. Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Strengthen partnerships with technology vendors and service providers. Lead a geographically dispersed IT team, ensuring high performance and alignment with corporate goals. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the hospitality sector. Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and hotel management systems (PMS, CRM, POS). Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and data privacy laws. Experience in managing multi-location IT operations across different countries. Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
