As our business grows, we are expanding our leadership team and looking for an experienced, energetic and people-focused Sales Manager to lead our Customer Service and Property Strategist teams. Position Purpose The Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing and motivating a high-performing sales team. This role drives performance, ensures exceptional client experiences, and plays a critical part in achieving business growth targets. The Sales Manager will be actively present on the sales floor, running coaching sessions, daily huddles, and providing ongoing support and leadership to staff. This is a hands‑on leadership role within the senior management team. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop the Customer Service and Property Strategist teams Conduct daily sales huddles, weekly training sessions and regular 1:1 coaching Create a high‑energy, accountable and supportive culture Manage team KPIs, reporting and performance improvement plans Foster a results‑driven environment aligned with company mission and values Oversee the full sales cycle and client experience Drive sales processes, conversion rates and pipeline management Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute sales strategies Identify opportunities for improvement in systems, training and workflow Maintain high standards of communication and customer experience Operational & Strategic Duties Contribute to business planning and leadership discussions Assist in forecasting revenue and monitoring performance metrics Work closely with marketing, operations and acquisitions teams Ensure alignment between customer service, strategy and client onboarding Support the team in delivering on annual business objectives and targets Qualifications, Skills & Experience 3–5+ years of sales leadership or management experience Proven ability to motivate and develop high‑performing teams Strong understanding of KPIs, sales pipelines and performance management Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment Highly adaptable, proactive and solutions‑focused Highly Desirable Experience in property investment, real estate, or financial services Familiarity with property acquisition processes Strong ability to build trust and credibility with both team and clients Key Attributes Energetic and enthusiastic Respected and trusted leader Cares deeply about people and team culture Driven by results and personal growth Passionate about helping Australians build wealth Why Join Dilleen Property?
