Due to an internal promotion, they have a vacancy for a hands‑on, selling New Car Sales Manager / Brand Manager for two brands. The dealership offers security of tenure, an excellent income stream, a friendly working atmosphere and career advancement prospects. Tamworth offers all modern medical, educational, recreational, sporting, and shopping facilities, and an absence of traffic jams and long commuting distances. This is a true tree‑change opportunity. The sales department trades Monday to Friday plus Saturdays till 1.00pm. Closed on Saturday afternoons and Sundays. Applicants for this position must have solid sales manager, assistant sales manager or senior sales consultant experience gained in a franchised new car dealership environment. You will have strong customer / staff handling, management and organisational skills, in addition to having the drive and energy to maximise results and motivate your staff. You will be seeking a satisfying long term position. Salary will consist of a retainer of $85k, super, commission structure and car.
