Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training. In December 2024, we commenced providing health, mental health and wellbeing services across the onshore Immigration Detention network. Our team, which includes nurses, general practitioners, and allied health professionals, offer a wide range of healthcare services to detainees, such as triaging, medication, wound management, immunisation, and other clinical procedures. HCA also introduced a Virtual Care Centre (VCC), a 24/7 service that provides remote healthcare through telehealth and video consultations, helping to enhance onsite care for detainees. Job Description We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing and optimising our Salesforce platform to ensure our teams have the tools they need to deliver exceptional care and service across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking technology team at the heart of Australia’s leading healthcare workforce provider. Join us in bringing a new approach to technology and innovation in healthcare by: Maintaining and optimising the Salesforce platform to ensure data accuracy and security. Supporting users with training, troubleshooting, and best practice adoption. Designing workflows, automations, and dashboards to improve efficiency. Managing user access and permissions to safeguard sensitive data. Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions Let’s talk about you: You’re an experienced and proactive Salesforce professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment (ideally 5+ years exp in SF Admin). With strong technical skills such as expertise in workflows, automations, reporting, and security best practices we’d like you to bring a passion for innovation to help drive business transformation. Salesforce Administrator Certification such as Advanced Admin, App Builder or Platform Developer 1 are preferred. Cloud or Omni Consultant certificates are desirable.
