About the opportunity: We’re seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst to take ownership of the organisation’s Salesforce environment, working across multiple business units and student management processes. This is a senior Salesforce role with strong functional responsibility, exposure to integration flows, and the autonomy to influence how Salesforce underpins student engagement, academic progression, and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Student Services, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance to optimise workflows, uplift reporting capability, and support a variety of ongoing transformation initiatives. Key focus areas include: Enhancing CRM lead, context, and opportunity workflows Supporting integrations across HR, payroll, student systems, and marketing platforms Managing data flows, migrations, and ETL processes Building dashboards, reports, and insights to support performance and forecasting About You: You will bring: Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Analyst, ideally with exposure to Sales Cloud, automation tools, flows, and platform configuration. Understanding of integration concepts and data flows (APIs, ETL, middleware or similar). Ability to manage data migration and transformation activities across complex student-related or customer-related systems. Experience supporting marketing automation or CRM optimisation projects Capability in building dashboards, performance reporting and customer insights (Tableau, Salesforce Reports, or similar). Confidence partnering with stakeholders across multiple departments and geographies. A basic understanding of Salesforce development concepts (e.g., flows, validation rules, or light configuration) would be advantageous.
