Clinical Governance Officer

Hybrid opportunity based at our St Kilda Road office Key role supporting compliance and clinical governance systems About the role Play a key role in driving quality, compliance and continuous improvement across Jewish Care services. This position supports the effective use of our clinical governance systems - from incident and feedback management to risk, performance reporting and quality audits. You’ll be hands‑on in optimising digital platforms (including acting as system administrator for Riskman), supporting system users and helping ensure our practices meet industry and legislative standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining attention to detail with system thinking, data and teamwork to make a real impact on client safety and care outcomes.
