This is a pivotal opportunity to join Hidrive’s as the new Site Service Specialist at our Brisbane location. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of reliable, high-quality, and value-driven after-sales services to Hidrive customers. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this position will form part of a national service team dedicated to promoting and implementing tailored solutions for our customers across all major locations. Responsibilities Ensures and delivers a consistent high standard of customer service quality Grow operating profit to the business from the after‑sales revenue opportunities End‑to‑end ownership of the complete service work order ‘life cycle’ process Warranty management Work closely together with operations and revenue teams on service work scoping, planning, costing, scheduling and ‘on time’ customer delivery (full end‑to‑end ownership of service work orders) Collaborate with the entire Hidrive organisation to achieve common objectives Qualifications and Experience 12 Months experience in after sales service or within Hidrive Basic business and commercial acumen Customer centricity Work scope packing and management (scoping, planning, costing & scheduling) What We Offer Attractive salary offered Work within a collaborative, high‑performance team environment Enhance your skills and grow with the company More About Hidrive Hidrive is the only Australian manufacturer of service bodies for utes, trailers and trucks with a company owned national installation network.
