About Geraldton Cranes Geraldton Cranes is a West Australian, Family owned company providing crane and heavy haulage services to the Midwest and Gascoyne region, with over 30 years’ experience. Position We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Administration Assistant to join our team on a full-time (approx. 38 hours per week) or part-time (approx. 24 hours per week). You will be an important team member and play an essential role in the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities Assist Accounts/Management in payroll and invoicing tasks Provide general administrative support across the business Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication Handle phone calls, emails and inquiries ensuring prompt and professional responses Assist in organising and scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Management of staff requirements for site entry Maintain organised and efficient filing systems Data entry and record keeping Qualifications and Skills Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in record keeping and documentation Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) Excellent organisational and time management skills Previous experience in transport/crane or mining administration would be an advantage Qualification in business would be an advantage Application If you have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and are able to manage diverse tasks effectively, we encourage you to apply by submitting your resume and cover letter highlighting your relevant experience and why you believe you’re the perfect fit for our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
