Digital Business Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Business Analyst, preferably with experience in tech-driven transformations, who embodies innovation and possesses a genuine passion for technology. In this dynamic role, you will contribute significantly to our ePMO team's efforts in delivering technology programs that significantly elevate our operational excellence. Leveraging your business acumen and digital expertise, you will play a key role in driving the success of each project, collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams to support innovative initiatives and help shape our digital future. Examples of key tasks Facilitating business analysis and process mapping workshops. Translating business objectives into technical specifications while creating detailed, clear, and concise documentation of business processes and system requirements. Evaluating requirements to ascertain the viability of digital solutions. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather, analyse, define and verify feature requirements. Participating in the testing and QA of digital platforms, aiming for an unparalleled user experience. Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for streamlining and automation to enhance efficiency. Working closely with the technical teams to ensure that the design specification is documented adequately for the development to be successfully carried out. About you In addition to your collaborative nature, you bring a proactive mindset and consistently seek innovative ways to drive transformative change, ensuring our strategies remain adaptive and at the forefront of an ever evolving digital landscape. You will also be able to demonstrate: Recent, hand's on experience working across Agile and digital transformation programs. A strong ability to identify business needs, map processes, and recommend innovative solutions. A solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify practical business solutions. Exceptional analytical capabilities, with a talent for turning complex concepts into actionable strategies. Current knowledge of digital technologies, trends, and best practices, along with proficiency in using industry-standard tools for requirements gathering, analysis, and project management.
