We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Venue Licensee to lead our team at Hotel Elermore. As a key leader, you will oversee all operations of the venue, ensuring excellence in service, team performance, and financial management. Your ability to inspire and drive a positive team culture will play a crucial role in our success. Responsibilities Lead and manage all departments within the hotel, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Take full responsibility for the venue's financial performance, ensuring P&L management and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Set, monitor, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) across all teams, driving continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Mentor and motivate team members, leading by example to create a positive and proactive work environment. Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Oversee staffing, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing workforce. Ideal Candidates Will Have Proven experience as a Venue Licensee or in a senior 2IC management role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and achieving KPIs. Excellent leadership skills with a history of effective team management and development. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering strong relationships with staff and customers. A hands‑on approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
