We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Grounds keeper to join our team at Complete Building & Maintenance Solutions' in Wonga Park, VIC 3115. This is a full‑time role that will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and landscaping across our facilities. What you'll be doing Regularly mowing, edging and trimming lawns, gardens and shrubs to maintain a tidy, well‑kept appearance Weeding, mulching and fertilising garden beds to keep them healthy and vibrant Safely operating and maintaining grounds keeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers and blowers Monitoring the condition of the grounds and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner Assisting with general property maintenance tasks as required Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations What we're looking for At least 2 years' experience working as a Grounds keeper or in a similar landscaping/gardening role Strong knowledge of horticulture and landscaping practices Ability to operate ground keeping equipment safely and effectively Good attention to detail and a pride in maintaining high standards of presentation Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation What we offer Competitive salary and opportunities for career progression Ongoing training and development to enhance your skills A collaborative and supportive work environment Discounted rates on products and services provided by Complete Building & Maintenance Solutions' Flexible work arrangements to support work‑life balance About us Complete Building & Maintenance Solutions' is a leading provider of comprehensive building and property maintenance services across the Wonga Park region.
