About the role The role exists to spearhead AC3’s efforts to help our customers solve their business problems by leveraging ServiceNow’s suite of products and through the delivery of AC3 services. You will play an integral role in growing, maturing and extending AC3’s ServiceNow presence across our customers. You'll be working particularly closely with our Customers, Partners, Practices, Marketing and Product & Technology teams to provide value and a great experience to our customers, aligning with their needs and business goals. Some of your key responsibilities Deeply understand each account’s challenges and opportunities to identify how AC3 can assist Seek out new business and partner with our technical team to develop proposals that align to the client’s business objectives and requirements Manage and côordinate tender and proposal processes in collaboration with ServiceNow Practice SMEs and broader business teams. Clearly differentiate AC3’s ServiceNow value proposition from the competition Establish and maintain deep understanding of the ServiceNow Platform to support in the identification of opportunities that AC3 can deliver. Ideal experience 5 years+ successful sales experience in a complex technology sales environment, preferably on the software or services sales side. Proven Sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills and persuasive ability Proven ability to develop and maintain an existing customer base and meet allocated revenue and sales targets Ability to deal with clients at all levels and translate client needs into a complete solution. Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and ecosystem.
