Overview Assistant in Nursing – Dialysis Location: Raymond Terrace Community Health Centre Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until January 2027 Position Classification: Assist In Nursing Requisition ID: REQ Applications Close: Sunday 23rd November 2025 Remuneration: $26.93 - $29.55 Per Hour + 12% Super + Salary Packaging Hours Per Week: 8 Shift Pattern: 8-hour shifts each Saturday and on public holidays Responsibilities Prepare consumables and set up dialysis machines under RN supervision. Assist in monitoring patients during dialysis treatments. Help complete treatment procedures and support patient care activities. Work collaboratively with the nursing team to deliver high‑quality patient care. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the dialysis unit. Qualifications & Requirements Certificate III in Assistant in Nursing or enrollment in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree (completion of first year and first semester or trimester of second year). Enrollment in a TAFE NSW Diploma of Nursing (completion of identified foundational units in practice AND 120 hours of clinical placement). Honesty, strong work ethic, positive outlook, and a dedication to compassionate care. Must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident of Australia, New Zealand citizen with current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia.
