Position Profile The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) are seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant to join our People & Partnering team and provide expert, contemporary HR advice that is responsive, solutions-focused and aligned to organisational priorities. You will help shape a positive employee experience across one of Western Australia’s leading health services and help ensure our services meet the needs of our young people and their families, now, and in the future. As a senior member of the Human Resources team, you will manage a varied caseload, including high-risk and complex matters, while delivering high-quality consultancy and advisory services to managers, employees, and your HR colleagues across CAHS. You will actively contribute to operational and strategic HR outcomes, support policy and standards development. You will have opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement of workforce practices across CAHS, as well as WA Health-wide programs and initiatives.
