What You’ll Do Connect with warm, pre-qualified leads via phone or Zoom Guide clients through coverage options that fit their needs and budget Follow a proven virtual sales process — no guesswork required Participate in daily Zoom training sessions (11 AM–12 PM EST) Set and achieve personal income goals Stay coachable, take feedback, and communicate consistently with your mentor team What You’ll Need Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-discipline and consistency working remotely Willingness to learn and apply mentorship feedback Active Life Insurance License (or ability to complete a short online course) Reliable laptop, phone, and internet connection What We Provide High-quality, pre-qualified leads — no cold calls Fast-track training and one-on-one mentorship Daily live training sessions (Mon–Sat) Uncapped commissions with performance bonuses Supportive, high-energy culture built for growth What to Expect Most agents who follow our system earn $100K+ in their first year.
