About the Role As a Lead Project Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project schedulesfor multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-leading planning tools. Work closely with project teams to align planning strategies with project goals. Identify critical path activities, risks, and mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, report on key milestones, and provide schedule forecasting. Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory scheduling requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and executive teams, to optimize planning outcomes. About You Extensive experience in project planning and scheduling for major infrastructure, transport, or civil projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a high-pressure environment.
