We have over 400 dedicated employees working from 21 centres across metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Role Overview Reporting to the Family Violence Program Manager, you will play a vital role in providing a service access point for men, women, and children experiencing family and domestic violence. You will ensure a coordinated practice by facilitating warm referrals to RAV supports. Responsibilities Conduct telephone psycho‑social assessments and act as an information and referral source. Ensure the safety and well‑being of partners, former partners, family members, and children of men in the Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) and the Changeabout Program (CaP). Provide group work programs for family members affected by family violence. Work part‑time (0.8FTE) with four days per week and the possibility of one evening shift per week. Qualifications Degree qualified in social work, counselling, or psychology or a related social science discipline. Completion of Multi‑Agency Risk Assessment and Risk Management (MARAM) Framework training. Significant experience working with people affected by family violence.
