This is a full-time employed position with an initial 12-month contract, offering the chance to play a key role in one of the state’s major renewable energy developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of works on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day management of the solar farm project from mobilisation through delivery Manage contractors, consultants, and subcontractors across all stages of construction Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and performance targets Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Provide clear reporting on project performance to senior management and stakeholders Coordinate with design, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues Drive risk management and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale infrastructure or renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS highly regarded) Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety management, and project controls Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive outcomes under pressure Relevant qualifications in engineering, project management, or construction management Why join the CJC team?
