About the Role We are hiring a Plant Operator for our Chlor Alkali Plant in Kwinana, WA, for a full‑time permanent role. This position is a continuous shift position operating on 4 days on (2 day shifts then 2 night shifts) and 4 days off roster . Leadership experience will be highly regarded, but motivated applicants with strong operational experience who are ready to step up are also encouraged. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control all aspects of plant operation under the direction of the shift supervisor Carry out a wide variety of duties when spare operator as directed by Supervisor or Superintendent Carry out routine laboratory analyses as required Complete training courses as set out in the training matrix Provide relief for other operators as required Become competent in all aspects of plant operation Assisting maintenance staff if/when required Ensure that all alarms and trips of equipment related to the SIS and BMS safety systems are reported in the Incident Reporting Register Ensure all tanker loading is carried out efficiently and safely and all relevant records are accurate About You Work in a small team environment Respond to process issues Use laboratory equipment Perform plant physical tasks Recognise hazards What We Offer Competitive salary and financial incentives Benefits and Perks Wellness incentives Social events throughout the year How to Apply Click "Apply Now" to submit your resume and a cover letter which outlines how you align with the role as described in this advert.
