Fulton Hogan's Manufacturing Business located in Geebung is seeking a Plant Operator to join our Production team on a full-time permanent basis. In this position, you will be responsible for operating our PMB and Emulsion plant to produce bitumen and emulsion to specifications. Key Responsibilities Plan activities for production of bitumen and emulsion. Communicate directly with customers and transport drivers to schedule orders and load vehicles. Work closely with quality control team to ensure bitumen and emulsion meets customer specifications. Encourage safe work practices and ensure safety procedures are adhered to. Provide positive input at pre-starts, toolbox and safety meetings and comply with relevant company policies, procedures and site rules. Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience in a production environment is preferred but not essential. Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality and environmental practices. Willingness to work well in a team environment and drive culture standards. Able to work extended hours, including night shift & weekends when required. Some mechanical knowledge or experience in plant maintenance. Valid Driver's Licence. A HR, HC or Forklift licence will be advantageous.
