Cafe Attendant - South West Sport Centre City of Bunbury Competitive Salary: Level 1 $22.06 - $31.57 per hour + 12% superannuation Permanent Part Time (30 Hours per fortnight) Matched Super contributions up to 5% Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a cafe environment? If so, this could be the role for you The City of Bunbury are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Cafe Attendant to join our team at the South West Sport Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for operating our on‑site cafe, providing a warm welcome and ensuring our customers have a positive experience. This is a part‑time position, working 30 hours per fortnight. The hours will vary, with shifts ranging from early mornings that begin at 6am, to evenings that end at 7:45pm, and also including weekends. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, snacks, and light meals Greet and assist customers in a courteous and helpful manner, both in person and over the counter Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the cafe area Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately Liaise with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations Contribute to the overall success and positive customer experience at the South West Sport Centre About You Experience in a customer‑facing cafe or hospitality role beneficial Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings and weekends Why Work With Us?
