You'll play a crucial role in our ongoing offshore projects, both locally and internationally; be provided with opportunities for study and career advancement; have access to our free on‑site parking and get a day off for your birthday Responsibilities Managing and delivering offshore projects Client interface and collaboration Assisting in the preparation of project estimate and project documentation Ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost, by monitoring and controlling spend Demonstrating effective leadership, mentoring graduate engineers and giving direction to engineering teams Managing projects whilst offshore Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties, both onshore and offshore Ensuring compliance with all of AME’s policies and procedures Qualifications 1-5 years' experience in a similar role Experience in managing small to medium‑sized design projects Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team Oil and gas experience preferred Offshore experience preferred Experience in subsea engineering/drilling and completions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Be self‑motivated and have a strong work ethic Have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety Be prepared for both local and international work travel Ability to pass an OEUK medical and BOSIET course Full working rights in Australia are essential.
