Overview MW Civil is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team in Osborne Park, WA. As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of civil and earthmoving projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This full‑time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects in the local area. What you’ll be doing Manage the day‑to‑day operations of assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work activities Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely project delivery Oversee the implementation of project plans, monitoring progress, and addressing any issues that arise Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality standards Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, including mentoring junior staff Contribute to the continuous improvement of project processes and procedures What we’re looking for Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in the civil or earthmoving industry Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills Proficient in the use of project management software and MS Office suite Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Thorough understanding of relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations What we offer Competitive salary Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career advancement Comprehensive health and wellness program, including private health insurance Flexible work arrangements to support work‑life balance Company‑sponsored social and team‑building events About us MW Civil is a leading provider of civil and earthmoving services in Western Australia.
