About the Role We’re looking for Cleaners & Contractors across Far North Queensland. If you are a contractor, you’ll need to be equipped with your own cleaning tools and materials, ready to attend as required. Key Responsibilities Perform general and detailed cleaning across a range of client sites including Residential Internal Light Clean, Residential Internal Medium Clean, Residential Internal Heavy Clean, External Clean. Rubbish and Waste Disposal. Carpet Cleaning. Yard Mowing. Slash and rake grass. Follow strict WHS procedures. Use appropriate cleaning chemicals, equipment, and PPE safely and effectively. Ensure high cleaning standards and client satisfaction. About You Proven commercial cleaning experience. Reliable, professional, and flexible. Able to travel to multiple sites. Well-presented with strong communication and attention to detail. Subcontractors must have a Public Liability Insurance of $20 million. Current driver’s licence and own transport essential. Working with Children Card (Blue Card QLD). Asbestos Awareness Certificate (can be obtained online free of charge). What We Offer Work across diverse facilities and specialised environments.
