What You’ll Do You’ll work closely with our Marketing team. Taking initiative and proactively identifying new opportunities, cultivating networks and relationships to support revenue growth. Responsibilities Networking, prospecting and conducting meetings You will own the sales cycle – from outreach to close You will build on existing brand relationships to build goodwill and word of mouth Engage proactively with leads provided by the Marketing team Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and industry engagement Qualify customers by assessing their needs, challenges, and potential fit Conduct compelling product demos, aligning capabilities with customer goals Manage a structured pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all communications and activities are tracked and reported on Develop deep product expertise to effectively position and sell our solutionConsistently meet and exceed performance goals and sales metrics Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Retail Buying or Merchandise Planning, preferably in high influence roles Strong focus on learning and understanding the goals and strategies of our customers Strong relationship building skills Proven ability to deliver polished demonstrations and presentations, manage questions and respond to feedback Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills Commitment to maintain good internal and external relationships Excellent multi-tasking and stakeholder management Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise Exceptional people skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, self-driven, outgoing and energetic personality Exceptional attention to detail Analytical and process‑oriented mindset Strong empathy for customers Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Sales and Business Development Industries Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
