From interpreting client requirements and shaping win themes through to drafting compelling content and coordinating multiple stakeholder inputs, you’ll play a key role in securing projects that grow our business. Key Responsibilities Coordinate EOIs and tender submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness; Draft and refine persuasive written content including methodologies, CVs, and project profiles; Analyse client documentation to identify risks, opportunities, and win themes; Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and subcontractors for high‑quality inputs; Provide quality review and editing support across the submissions team; Maintain records in HubSpot and contribute to the content library; Facilitate submission‑related workshops and meetings to maintain momentum. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex, high‑value bids in the civil, construction, mining, or infrastructure sectors; Exceptional drafting and editing skills with strong attention to detail; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint (essential); Experience with Canva, InDesign, or HubSpot (desirable); Be proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to managing deadlines; Have a degree in Business, Communications, or related field (highly advantageous).
