Job Description BESIX Watpac is seeking a Submissions Coordinator to join our Qld, NT & NZ Construction team, responsible for the coordination and administration of end-to-end tender submissions and proposals across projects of varying scale and complexity. Reporting to a Submissions Manager, the key responsibilities of this position include: Collating and editing submission content in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Preparing final submission documents to tender deadlines. Formatting tender documents in accordance with company branding and internal bid standards. Assisting with the planning and preparation of internal and external bid workshops. Maintaining content and image libraries. Qualifications Demonstrated submissions or bid writing experience within the construction industry. Prior experience in coordinating and writing tenders within multi-disciplinary bid teams. Proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail. A sound working knowledge of SharePoint, MS Office suite and InDesign. Additional Information Wellbeing Days – three additional leave days per year.
