$50.78 – $60.17 per hour (dependent on experience) Your Role As a Dietitian you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our patients. Your tasks will include: Use evidence-based techniques to achieve and maintain functional outcomes. Maintain currency of professional practice and work within the scope of contemporary practice. Deliver competent dietitian services including assessment, diagnosis, individualised and planned interventions. Evaluate effects of dietetic interventions provided through planned reviews and assessments in consultation with the patient, carer and multidisciplinary team. Competently manage allocated case lists in conjunction with relevant supervisor. Select and implement the most appropriate model of care to suit patients' needs in conjunction with relevant supervisors Your Attributes We're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our healthcare team to deliver exceptional services to our patients.
