We support advisers with both custodial and non-custodial solutions across Spectrum, Scope, and Scope+, enabling holistic and highly scalable wealth management. The Role Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a talented Support Consultant to join our Client Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for advisers and wealth managers using our Scope and Spectrum platforms. You’ll handle a diverse range of queries across investments, trading, platform navigation and general account support, balancing phone calls, live chats and email tickets within agreed SLAs. This role is ideal for someone who: Holds RG146 or has a strong investments background Communicates confidently and professionally Enjoys solving problems and supporting clients Understands trading, asset allocation and corporate actions Is tech-savvy and comfortable navigating complex systems Has 2–5 years in platforms, investments, super or advice support Has previous Praemium platform experience (the dream) Key Responsibilities Respond to adviser queries on trading, investments, contributions, withdrawals and asset allocations Assist clients with navigating and transacting on the platform Support queries relating to pension payments, strategy changes and money movements Investigate unexpected outcomes (e.g. differences in expected vs actual returns) Help advisers understand reporting, data feeds and platform functionality Culture & Benefits Include: Hybrid working (home 3 days, office 2 days) Competitive salary with annual bonus Great office location on 367 Collins Street Annual leave + option to purchase additional leave + paid volunteer leave Professional development, stretch opportunities and annual development plans Monthly social events, team lunches and annual celebrations Access to health & wellbeing programs, flu shots and EAP Access to novated leasing Employee recognition programs (peer awards, monthly and annual recognition) How to Apply Please apply with your CV, outlining how your experience aligns with the role and why you’re interested in joining Praemium.
