Support Consultant (suits Accounting/Business Graduate) We are currently on the lookout for a Support Consultant to join our Support Team at BGL This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an Accounting background (through study or work) to apply their knowledge by assisting our clients with our award-winning accounting software and delivering exceptional customer service. What you'll be doing You will be responsible for handling client queries in a timely manner, while working toward daily individual and team KPIs providing a high level of quality support to our clients. Providing solutions and compliance‑based assistance, ensuring clients are able to fully utilise our products with a focus on education and prevention of recurring issues.
