As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly capable Project Administration Coordinator to join our team and keep our projects moving with precision and pace. About the Role This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role suited to someone who thrives on variety, urgency and responsibility. You’ll sit at the centre of our project workflow, supporting our project estimating team from quote through to completion. Your work will directly contribute to project efficiency, cost accuracy and smooth client communication. Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-level administrative and coordination support to the project estimation team Preparing and issuing variation quotes, contracts and supporting documentation Using Zoho CRM to manage quotes, updates and project information Liaising with clients, councils, subcontractors and internal teams Tracking and chasing required reports such as arborist reports, council approvals and Engineering reports Conducting cost calculations including lineal measurements, volume, labour requirements, plant and equipment hire, fuel usage and disposal/cartage charges. Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for costings, tracking and documentation Managing shared inbox communications with speed and accuracy Ensuring all records, documents and data are precise, organised and compliant Working autonomously to keep priorities moving without needing constant direction About You You’re someone who can stay steady under pressure, move fast without sacrificing accuracy, and take ownership of your workload. You enjoy problem-solving, learning quickly and working in an environment where decisions happen in real time. You will bring: Strong administrative or coordination experience (construction, demolition or trades industry preferred) The ability to work confidently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy A quick-learning mindset — able to pick up systems, processes and industry nuances fast High-level organisational and time-management skills Confidence working autonomously and prioritising urgent tasks Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience with CRMs and Excel spreadsheets Strong follow-through and the ability to keep projects moving Why Join Burton Demolition?
