Responsibilities Business Development and Partnerships Proactively source and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques. Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Negotiate wage subsidy agreements with employers. Client Engagement and Support Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored support to help them achieve their career goals. Assist clients in transitioning into stable employment, collaborating with the Client Coordinator and Support Officer. Communicate employment opportunities to local employment services staff and job‑seeking clients. Employer Engagement Develop, document, and implement effective strategies to generate employment opportunities for clients. Identify and present innovative marketing ideas and concepts to attract new employers and increase employment opportunities. Maintain extensive knowledge of the current labour market conditions and vacancy requirements. Selection Criteria Includes Demonstrated experience in a similar role working with people with disabilities. Ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and provide positive solutions to complex problems. Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, and experience and/or ability in the Disability Employment Service industry or similar field. Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including collaborating with work colleagues to achieve KPIs. Highly effective communication, networking and rapport building skills. 'Can do' attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic fun environment. Ability to build key partnerships with businesses in the local community. A valid C‑class driving licence. Blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
