M&R Distributors ( Geelong) Pty Ltd – Geelong VIC Reporting to the Director, this is a full‑time position where you will focus on sales and supervising the running of the warehouse. This is a face‑to‑face sales position, as you identify opportunities and develop client relationships to achieve budgets. Responsibilities Identify opportunities for new business Provide technical advice to customers Leading and supervising the team Contact existing clients to help with sales growth Build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships Provide accurate and on‑time weekly reporting Oversee operations of the warehouse Accountability for the accuracy of delivering all goods to their destinations Skills & Requirements Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, changing environment Confidence, conviction and energy to approach set tasks Actively pursue market intelligence Ability to negotiate win‑win outcomes Drive to achieve sales results Ability to work unsupervised Lead the team to achieve their goals Team engagement (1 on 1, performance reviews, coaching) Good eye for detail, never walking past a problem Time management and planning skills Positive attitude, enthusiastic and proactive approach What you’ll be doing Leading, coaching and developing a dynamic team. Supervise and manage day‑to‑day operations to ensure maximum output and efficiency. Prioritise team engagement, drive sales and service levels to meet or exceed KPIs. Monitor workflow through phone queues, emails, and relevant business systems. Supervise and manage performance and behaviours in alignment with company policies. Act as a point of escalation for both team members and customers. Lead by example on M&R’s policies and customer service. Visit clients face‑to‑face to build the M&R business and sales. Administration, daily processes, answering the phone. What you need to succeed Previous experience leading a team, with a focus on sales and customer service Strong coaching and development capabilities, confident communicator High level of attention to detail, strong prioritisation and time‑management skills Self‑starter with initiative and motivation to drive your and the team’s success Experience in sales Accountability for developing new business and closing customer opportunities & leads Start date: January 15th 2026.
