About the Role We're redefining integrated healthcare by combining aged care, early learning, medical centres, cafés, and health clubs into one innovative precinct. We're looking for a versatile and hands‑on Maintenance Officer to join our Building Services Team. Key Responsibilities Perform and coordinate building repairs and maintenance. Support minor renovations and refurbishments. Conduct carpentry, patching, painting, and basic plumbing repairs. Maintain heating / cooling systems, fire services, kitchen appliances, pools, and plumbing. Manage contractors and stock lists of tools, spares, and consumables. Assist with furniture transfers and general handy person tasks. Ensure safety and defect‑free environments for residents. Use Microsoft Office and industry‑specific software. What You'll Need Trade qualification in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Carpentry, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in building maintenance (aged care or commercial). White Card. NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance). Working with Children Check. Current Victorian Driver’s Licence. Own vehicle and flexibility to travel.
