Due to increased consumer demand, we are seeking a 2 x full-time Finance & Consumer Service Officers to join Windermere on a permanent basis. One of the positions is for an ASAP start and the other will be in Jan / Feb New Year. This fundamental and dynamic role will empower you to use your exceptional customer service and finance skills to work with consumers within our NDIS services, to ensure their financial and administrative needs are met. Working with our dedicated Plan Management Services team you will be presented with something new every day and will contribute to positive lasting outcomes in the lives of our consumers. As this role is working within NDIS as such, we actively encourage people with lived experience of disability to apply. Tertiary qualifications in relevant and related discipline or equivalent professional experience Membership with ATMA, AAT, CBK, ABAL, CPA, ICB, IPA or CAANZ or equivalent Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance role is preferred. Knowledge of Plan Management under NDIS will be highly regarded. Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft products especially excel. Proven knowledge of financial processing systems (Brevity Plan management system an advantage) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy. Sound judgement and decision-making ability, ability to work autonomously and flexible in a changing environment Willingness to promote and support practices that are inclusive, culturally responsive, safe and accessible.
